Gaming supervisors take charge of gaming operations and staff in an assigned area. Circulating among the game tables, they see that all stations and games are taken care of for each shift. It also is accepted for supervisors to interpret the casino’s operating protocols for players. Supervisors could also plan and organize activities for guests staying in their casino hotels.

Gaming supervisors must have certain leadership qualities and good communication skills.
